About

About Mountclef Village — Tract 1241

About 34 houses now line Faculty Street, Pioneer Avenue and Luther Avenue, on lots of roughly a quarter acre. County building records date them from 1963 into the early 1980s, so their ages and sizes vary more than on the tract-built streets north of Olsen Road. The 1962 map showed all of its streets as private.
