Northoaks
Northoaks is the condominium community on McAfee Court, on the north side of Olsen Road a block east of Mountclef Boulevard. The Northoaks Properties partnership recorded Tract 3041 in February 1982. In July 1984 it re-mapped the main lots as the four condominium units of Tract 3925. County records date the 112 condos to 1985.

Mountclef Village, Thousand Oaks
Mountclef Village is the Thousand Oaks neighborhood beside California Lutheran University. The name comes from the college's 1962 map of its campus and Faculty Road lots. Most houses sit north of Olsen Road on Mountclef Boulevard and Verde Vista Drive, on a 1964–65 tract owned by Santa Cruz Development Company and the American Lutheran Church and built around 1966.
