About Auburn Hills
The houses repeat a small set of floor plans, most between about 2,400 and 3,250 square feet. A typical lot is close to 8,000 square feet, and about one in five is a quarter acre or larger. The same map includes a hillside parcel of roughly 100 acres with no buildings on it. Auburn Hills is the name used in home sales; county records use only the tract number.
