Tract 4335-3 is Monaco's northwestern section, with 68 detached homes on Aliano Drive, Messina Place, Bernini Court, Wiggin Street and Court, and the rest of Savona Way. The 11.43 gross acres, divided from parts of Lots 10 and 11 of Oak Park's master Tract 3803, back onto Lindero Canyon Road, Bowfield Street and Hawthorne Drive. Pardee Construction Company was again the buyer of the land, and the map was recorded in April 1989.

Pardee Construction Company developed it on two county tract maps recorded in 1988 and 1989, and the homes went up in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
