About Tract 4335-1
In October 1991 Pardee had an amended map recorded, prepared by the Sherman Oaks firm Engineering Technology, Inc. It changed only the survey monuments marking the lots. By then individual buyers owned most of the lots. Pardee still held more than a dozen, and four belonged to a Monaco Partnership, an early recorded use of the neighborhood's name.
