About

About Country Vistas III

County building records date Estrellita Lane, Via del Caballo and Calle Fanillia to 1980. Via Novella, Calle de las Ovejas, Calle Seguro and Calle Mirador date to 1981, and Vista Dorado, El Azul, Calle Aragon and the courts to 1983 and 1984. Metropolitan Development Corporation is owner of record. The map made North Medea Creek Lane and North Oak Hills Drive public streets. The County accepted its storm-drain parcels, but the Flood Control District turned down easements offered along Medea Creek. This tract added 1,320- and 1,626-square-foot plans to the earlier five sizes, and a few listings here use the label Country Vistas III.
