About Magnolia Lane
Pardee's materials don't name its streets. The closest match in county records is Tract 5045 unit 2 at the south end of the Highlands, which Pardee recorded in December 2005. It has 91 homes, nearly all two-story, built in 2006 and 2007 on Pinnacle Way and Court, Fishers, Flattop and Grindstone courts and part of Swift Run Street. Treat that as likely, not confirmed. These Pinnacle streets have no connection to Toll Brothers' gated Pinnacle.

Moorpark Unified School District
From MUSD's list of schools:
- Elementary and middle: MUSD publishes attendance areas only through its online locator
- High: Moorpark High School (The district's only comprehensive high school; MUSD publishes no high school boundary, and The High School at Moorpark College admits by application)
These come from the district's own data, not from this site. Assignment goes by address, and districts change boundaries and run choice and transfer programs. Confirm with MUSD School Locator, or check an address here.

Pardee Homes developed it and built most of its neighborhoods between 2006 and 2015. Toll Brothers built The Pinnacle, the gated estate section at the top, from 2008 into 2017.
