Country Club Estates is the original 216-home Toll Brothers tract at the center of Moorpark Country Club Estates. Its homes spread along both sides of the golf course off Championship Drive. It was recorded as Tract 4928 in three units between November 2001 and September 2004, and most homes went up between 2002 and 2007.

About Country Club Estates
The west side, around Trevino Drive, Hogan Street, Watson Drive and Jacobsen Place, filled in first, from about 2002 to 2004. The east side, along Palmer Drive, Nelson Road, Littler Court, Zaharias Court and Sarazen Drive, followed mostly from 2004 to 2007. Both sides sit on private streets behind keypad gates. Houses come from six original Toll plans, mostly two-story and about 4,000 to 5,900 square feet, on lots of roughly a third to two-thirds of an acre.

Moorpark Country Club Estates is a golf-course community on Moorpark's northern edge, laid out along Championship Drive between Grimes Canyon and Walnut Canyon roads. Toll Brothers built it in two stages. The first was 216 homes in Tract 4928, recorded in 2001–2004 and built mostly between 2002 and 2007. The second was the 50-home Masters section, recorded in 2014 and finished around 2018.
