Vikron-Agoura Company recorded it in November 1978, and county records show nearly all 76 houses finished in 1980–81.

Reyes Adobe, Agoura Hills
Reyes Adobe is the group of late-1970s streets on both sides of Reyes Adobe Road, between Canwood Street along the 101 and Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The city's historic adobe and its park sit at the center. W.N. Shattuck Inc. and Vikron-Agoura Company subdivided the land as three tracts in 1977–78, and about 257 detached houses went up there from 1978 to 1981.
