About Vintage at Hidden Park

Building started on the eastern lots, where five houses were finished in 2007. Two more eastern houses and the first western ones followed in 2012, and the rest of the western houses were done by 2014. The assessor dates one eastern house to 2020, and one western lot still shows no house on the roll. Lots run about 1.6 to 8.4 acres and homes roughly 3,900 to 6,800 square feet. The maps dedicate a riding and hiking easement for the Malibu Lake Connector Trail.

Cornell, Agoura Hills

Cornell is the old hamlet on Mulholland Highway in the Santa Monica Mountains south of Agoura Hills, in unincorporated Los Angeles County. A post office opened here in 1884, and in 1923 and 1925 Security Trust & Savings Bank mapped lots along the road, then called Cornell Road. About 110 houses now stand in its six recorded tracts, with more on acreage around them.
