About National CORE Development
The project was approved by right, and its building permit had been issued by early 2026. The city expects construction to start in late fall 2026 and finish in early 2028. Plans include a 2,800-square-foot community building, a courtyard with a play area, a fitness room and an enclosed dog run.

Agoura Village, Agoura Hills
Agoura Village is Agoura Hills' 135-acre planning district along both sides of Agoura Road south of the 101, from a block west of Kanan Road to about two blocks east of Cornell Road. It has been planned as a walkable village since 2008 but is still mostly shops, restaurants and offices. By early 2026, four apartment and mixed-use projects totaling about 600 homes were approved or under construction.
