About Bellamy Apartments
The city approved the project administratively under its Affordable Housing Overlay. Plans include about 5,200 square feet of commercial space, a pool, a fitness center and a courtyard built around a large oak. A public greenway along Agoura Road will link it to the Ladyface Greenway and Whizin Market Square.

Agoura Village, Agoura Hills
Agoura Village is Agoura Hills' 135-acre planning district along both sides of Agoura Road south of the 101, from a block west of Kanan Road to about two blocks east of Cornell Road. It has been planned as a walkable village since 2008 but is still mostly shops, restaurants and offices. By early 2026, four apartment and mixed-use projects totaling about 600 homes were approved or under construction.
