About

About Tract 42801

Its streets include Three Springs Drive, Bowman Knoll Drive, Country Lane, Timberridge Court and Fallview Road. Homes run a little smaller than in the western tract: mostly four-bedroom plans of about 2,300 to 3,800 square feet, plus two custom houses added in 1994 and 1997. The map limited the lot that now holds Three Springs Park to park use.
