Foxmoor Hills is the largest Foxmoor association, with about 290 homes on the rising ground north and east of Foxmoor Homes, up to Triunfo Community Park. Both of its recorded tracts were mapped for American-Hawaiian Steamship Co. Tract 1972-1 was built mostly in 1968 and 1969, and Tract 1972-2 in 1971.

The 1972-1 section, on Galesmoore, Willsbrook, Willowgreen, Bucksmoore and Kelsford courts and Clayford Avenue, has lots of about 8,000 to 9,000 square feet. The 1972-2 section has bigger hillside lots, with a median near a third of an acre. It covers Brookview Avenue, most of Stonesgate Street and courts such as Stoneshead, Drumcliff, Castlehill and Wicklow. Most homes measure about 2,300 to 2,550 square feet. The resident-run association is registered with the state, and a 2026 listing showed dues of $235 a year. Tennis courts sit on an open lot off Brookview Avenue. The streets are public and not gated.

Foxmoor, Westlake Village
Foxmoor is a group of six recorded tracts around the junction of South Westlake Boulevard and East Potrero Road, on the Thousand Oaks side of Westlake Village. The maps were recorded in 1968 and 1969. Five were drawn for American-Hawaiian Steamship Co., the company then developing Westlake Village, and one for Mayfair Development Co. About 840 single-family homes went up between 1968 and 1979.
