About Foxmoor Glen

Homes line Aspenwall Road, Devonshire Court, Strandway Court and Elstow Court, and a brick-trimmed sign at the tract reads "The Glen." Houses run about 1,750 to 3,600 square feet, the same plan sizes found in Foxmoor Homes and Foxmoor Cove. Lots vary more, from about 8,000 square feet to larger parcels on Devonshire and Strandway courts, some over an acre. A property owners association was incorporated for the Glen, but the state suspended it in 1984, and agents report no HOA dues today. Southshore Hills Park and Open Space are close by. The streets are public and not gated.
