Verdigris
Verdigris is a gated community of about 340 homes east of Westlake Boulevard and north of Avenida de los Arboles, on private streets: Capella Way, Espana Lane, Arianna Lane and the La Casa, Dorado, Clarita and Renata courts. The Griffin Homes Partnership recorded it in 1990 as a condominium-purpose tract, and the houses date from 1995–97.
