About Tract 1529-2
The remaining lots were built out in 1970–71 with larger houses, many of them two-story, that are not Eichler designs. These include all of Bethany Street and nearly all of Queensbury Street. Listings sometimes put those houses under the Eichler name, and the year built is the quickest way to tell the two apart.
