About

About Hauser Tract

Only a few lots come from the 1957 map itself. The others are older parcels or later splits, including four homes built between 1992 and 2001 on a later parcel map. Lots are large for the area, roughly half an acre to more than an acre and a half. Real-estate listings group the street with Conejo Oaks.
