About Cross Bridge Oaks
Homes run about 2,900 to 3,800 square feet on lots of roughly half an acre to nearly an acre. The land was first mapped for 14 lots in 1981 (Tract 3085) and returned to acreage in 1985 (Tract 4031) before this subdivision. The 1996 map also offered an equestrian trail easement to the Conejo Recreation and Park District.

Conejo Oaks, Thousand Oaks
Conejo Oaks is a central Thousand Oaks neighborhood of about 560 single-family homes between Hillcrest Drive and Janss Road, west of Erbes Road. The Ventura County Land Company's first Conejo Oaks tract was recorded in 1955. City records show about four in five houses here went up between 1956 and 1965, mostly on lots of a third to three-quarters of an acre.
