The association, which an agent guide calls Country Meadows 1 HOA, keeps up a fenced pool and spa and the common grounds. There is no gate. One other guide applies the name only to Falconrock and Dorado.

Country Meadows is a three-phase neighborhood of about 146 single-family homes east of Kanan Road in Oak Park. Phase I, centered on Cresthill Drive, dates to about 1980. Phases II and III followed in 1985-86 on the slope off Doubletree Road near Deerhill Park. Metropolitan Development Corporation and First City Holdings recorded the tract maps; the companies that built the houses are not named on them.
