About

About Twin Oaks Maintenance Association

On the recorded map, the homes sit on one 15-acre lot. The rest of the map's land covers slopes, open space and land along Reino Road and Maurice Drive, and part of it later became the 2006 Brighton Lane tract. Assessor figures put most homes at about 1,800 to 2,300 square feet on lots of about 4,000 square feet. Some sales records classify the homes as condominiums.
