About Tract 4950
The map took in 13 lots of the 1987 Tract 3666-1 and a large share of Tract 3666-2. It also dropped streets those earlier maps had drawn as Desert Creek Court, Brownstone Creek Drive and Turtle Rock Court. Lots here are smaller than in the 1990 section, generally about 5,500 to 8,900 square feet.
