Helga Court
Helga Court is a cul-de-sac of 13 homes in the southwest corner of Kelley Estates. Its lots came from parcel maps rather than a tract map. One was recorded in 1995, and Helga Trails L.P., a Colmer Development Company partnership, recorded two more in 1998. Most of the houses went up in 1998 and 1999.

Most lots are about an acre, and two parcels run three to four acres. Assessor records show homes of roughly 2,900 to 4,250 square feet, several with identical floor areas. The maps dedicated easements for an equestrian and hiking trail, and the county's fire hazard map rates the street High.

Kelley Estates, Newbury Park
Kelley Estates is a pocket of roughly one-acre home sites on both sides of West Lynn Road in southern Newbury Park, west of Ventu Park Road. It grew lot by lot from the 1950s on, and most houses went up in the 1990s and 2000s, including three small tracts recorded in 2000 and 2001. It has about 90 homes today, most of them now inside Thousand Oaks city limits.
