About White Stallion Estates
The map barred the lots that front Potrero Road from driving straight onto it, so all access runs through the private road. It also set aside well, water-tank and waterline easements for the White Stallion Ranch Mutual Water Company. The houses were built one at a time and are large. The county assessor lists nine of about 7,200 to 18,300 square feet. FOX 11 dated 2200 White Stallion Road to 2002, and a 2026 listing describes a tenth house, about 15,000 square feet, finished in 2025.

Hidden Valley, Lake Sherwood & Hidden Valley
Hidden Valley is the unincorporated horse country along Potrero Road between Lake Sherwood and Newbury Park, in the Santa Monica Mountains foothills. No tract builder developed it. Starting in the late 1960s, county parcel maps split former Rancho El Conejo land into ranches and estates, usually 20 acres or more, and owners built the houses one at a time. The census does not count the valley separately.
